I thought installment loans were not included in utilization? If this were the case, wouldn't a mortage put everyone at a huge utilization?
OP, I found they (and other EX-based services like CCT, FCR, and others) alerted about 2-3 days after the event occurred. It's not instant.
I also found their FAKO score (PLUS) doesn't update daily either, especially the EX PLUS score. Not like I should be following them anyway.

FAKOs like the PLUS score factor in installment and CC balances differently. Per FICO, installment util is virtually ignored.
Pulled my reports from USAA again today and really gave my INQ a lookover, because I knew there were many. Thankfully only 2 are within that 12 month window, but starting last month and continuing through november, all the 2 year old ones continue to fall off completely.

USAA. You can pull daily with them, and I rarely miss a day.
Dang, jimbo831. I'm glad I'm not the only one. Seems I can't let a day go by without hitting that refresh button.
