No my baddie is a paid collection with Cavalry for a cell phone. I am having the hardest time with them trying to get it removed. I have gotten boat loads of stuff removed but for some reason this is an uphill struggle.

Yeah I got contact info for a Vice Pres but no one would give me the presidents name. I'll try the vice first I supose. I'm even thinking about trying another law firm similar to Lexington Law.

go to the their website if they have one and check under investor informaton.  Many times, they have the names there.  Or play dumb and call into the CA and ask ther ceptionist the name and mailing address of the president.

Don't get a law firm involved, it will cost you money and you can actually do the same thing on your own.

I tried Lexington Law at first but they were a complete failure.
