I have had problems with privacy matters. I get log in errors and what not. If they charge me the fee eventually I'm gonna ask for a refund because of all the crappy service.

It's back up and running as usual.  Phew...

I agree their site seems a bit behind the times.  With the annual fee though (if we ever get charged), I think it's worth the annoyance.  I would not use their service for a monthly fee unless it was also dirt cheap.
