Problem with TrueCredit

Tried to access DW's reports from yesterday's update a second ago and this is what popped up:

Privacy Protection
In order to protect your privacy, we cannot display your credit report online.

Explanation:
Protecting the privacy of your personal information is of utmost importance to TrueCredit. Because our system could not verify your identity, we are unable to display your credit report online at this time.
What to do:

  • Contact the Customer Service Team for assistance. A Customer Service Team member can verify your identity over the phone by asking you questions about your credit history. Once your identity has been confirmed, the representative will immediately make your credit report available for you to view online.


What's up with that? We never put a fraud alert on anything. Pulled yesterday just fine. I haven't pulled mine yet, but will soon see. I don't sound like DW or I would call them right now.

You almost put me into panic mode thinking The Great TC Ban was starting again!

My heart fluttered a little. After reading all of those stories about TC, I prepared myself by keeping every single e-mail they ever sent that pointed to site updates. I also printed any changes with dates not included in the e-mails.
 
If anything, I figure I have a Mod who shall remain nameless who could possibly help. He could easily pass along notes telling me that he cannot tell me but if he were to tell me this is what he would tell me...get it?

I got one of those messages late last night on TU.  This morning, the first email I got was a dispute resolution.  Just figured I tried to check while an update was in progress.
 
No complaints though, TU has been good to me.

Mine does that when I click on the score right after I update and the 3 in one is still loading. It works fine after I let the page load fully and then click on score.
