Over the past few months i've had trouble contacting J Crew/Comenity through their secure message center. It seems to go throguh fine but says soemthing like "Were preparing your message to be sent securely" and then I get an email saying "Were sorry, your secure message was not sent."
I also have been having my account say nothing was due for the miminum payment, but obviously there was...sure enough I got charged a late fee a month or two ago that I'm still trying to get them to remove.
Anyone else experiencing weirdness with their website?
It's either some odd anomaly on their end or maybe something from a browser perspective? Have you tried using different browsers, clearing cache or cookies to see if that can remedy some of the issues?
