I purchesed a product from WAYFAIR and used Klarna for the payment.
Had to return the item and all was good which I thought.
I check my account and the charge is still on there! Contact Klarna they said they need to see the transcripts or email from WAYFAIR.
I sent them the documentation of the return showing how the product was recied by them and a zero balance. Klarna keeps saying they also need to see any transcripts or email. I expalined several times theirs no transcripts or email! I spoke to a rep they gave me info for a return lable and that was that.
But yet these people at Klarna keep insisting they need the other stuff. My last emeail I told themto contact WAYFAIR themselves and how they're very unprofessional with this nonsence!
Is their anything else that can be done becasue they totally messed up my account!
