Is there a program or an app that will calculate interest, monthly, record payments, and additional loans?
I am sure there is - just don't know what they are or where to find them or which ones would be recommended for Apple products.
I have three situations that I would like to use the program for.
1. Someone I know did personal loan with a lending company. The person added up all of their payments made and it exceeds the ORIGINAL loan balance. The person refused to "remember" that they took out additional loan amounts from the line of credit when it became available. And they refuse to acknowledge that interest and late fees would be in big picture due. I'd like to input the numbers and show the real picture.
2. Someone else borrowed money. They feel that interest should be calculated and added to the balance once a year. I disagree. I am the lender and that was not the agreement. The person says calculating the interest once a year and adding to the balance results in the same amount of interest as if it was applied once a year. I am not so sure about this...and would like to verify myself.
3. Someone else borrowed money. They don't feel that should pay interest on the balance. I disagree. That was not the agreement. I want to record the "other" service they provide as a way to offset the debt, but still add monthly interest.
And yes, when I loaned the people money, I knew I may never see it again. The part that irks me is the attitude about interest. My problem, not theirs.
Thanks for providing links or directing me to programs/apps that are free that I could use.

At Apple iTunes Store, search LOAN AMORTIZATION or LOAN CALCULATOR.
Some App Search Results:
Loan Calculator Plus - Create Amortization Table
Amortizator
Thanks! I didn't even think about the app store.
I found one app that looks promising for $19.99. More than what I wanted to spend, so I am still thinking about it.
Excel works well... Amortization functions are built-in.
Use a pre-built sheet like: https://www.vertex42.com/ExcelTemplates/loan-amortization-schedule.html
Or build one to your own specs - basic example here: http://www.excel-easy.com/examples/loan-amortization-schedule.html
