Most recently I was in Las Vegas. In the Mirage casino there was a kiosk machine advertsing American Express (and perhaps some other cards) that the cardholder could sue the machine to withdraw cash from the credit card with out a PIN. I thought that was kinda nifty (and perhaps dangerous), but I was curious. However I did not try it. Does anyone have experience with such a thing? I'm just curious how that works.
