Public record and bk not reported correctly, affecting my score?

My DH has a judgement from 3/2006.  this was paid and released from the courts one month after we were served (4/06).  On all three reports, it shows the judgement and date filed and OC, but all of the other fields are listed as "not reported".  One of them lists the OC as med 1 which it is not.

Is it hurting my DH score not having the dismissal showing, or is it not affecting the score?

Secondly,  my old bk from 2001 is the same way.  It shows a date filed, but no discharge from 10/01.  is this lowering my score?  Should I dispute to get them off?

Please help trying to get a house and need a quick 20 points (and I've already paid my cards to 1% uti).

thanks!

Re: Public record and bk not reported correctly, affecting my score?

Hi, I would dispute your BK to the credit reporting bureaus, as I have a BK on my credit reports and it shows the date I filed for BK in year 99 and the date it was dismissed also it has my BK case # reporting also.  You may get lucky and have this information removed early which is a good thing for you.  Good Luck
