Very quick question and probably a stupid one, but when you click through to the Rewards Boost mall from a Barclays credit card, and it says, for example, hotels.com gives 4 miles per $1 spent, is that a total of 4 miles per $1 or 4 miles plus the 2 you get on the Arrival Plus for a total of 6 miles per $1? I can't seem to find the clarification of that anywhere on their website.
