Question about CA not reporting payments I've made

Ok... so I have a medical bill that went to collection. So far I've made some payments but they have not reported anything paid to the CRA's. I was wondering if there is anything I can do to get it removed?

I read somewhere that you can go and pay directly to the hospital and the CA should remove everything from your credit? is that true? If so how do I go about getting the information from the CA? I've tried to contact the hospital about it but nobody seems to be able to help.

This was a bill from the ER. Can I still dispute the CA? I don't remember them sending me any letter regarding this account but since I had two other accounts with them and have paid them. They just said I had this third account and this one was actually reported while the other ones were not.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

You can ask the OC to pull the account back from the CA and instruct the CA to delete if you PIF. As for DV'ing.....unless you are in a state that allows otherwise, you are to DV within 30 days. You can also try PFD with the CA.

Send a DV to the CA  CMRRR

They do not have to report that you are making payments. Also FICO doesn't care if you paid or not. Once a collection always a collection paid or unpaid...as far as scores go.

When you paid for the other collection they saw you coming!
