Question about how BoA is reporting on my transunion

Hello,

I just checked my Transunion report and had a question about my BoA report.  Among all my TLs BoA is the only one doing this.  The card has 5 months of reporting and two of the months have a white box with a x in it that says unknown.  All the other months have green oks.  I was never late not once.  Just wondering what this meant and if it looks bad to future lenders.

thank you

No reason for concern. As long as it continues to say something like "Pays/Paying as agreed" you're fine.

Yes it does say "pays as agreed" but it just looks weird next to all my green ok boxes.  I was thinking of calling BoA to correct this but I guess I have nothing to worry about...?

PS: Sorry for posting in the wrong section thanks for the move.

I get the same thing sometimes and can only say that IME there is nothing to worry about. But this is only my opinion. It won't hurt my feelings if you want to hear what others think.

All it means is that, for some reason, they did not post to your credit file that month, so the CRA had nothing to report.

It is not a negative. Nothing of concern if you were not delinquent for the blank months, and thus might have your report updated at a later time to reflect that condition.
