Hey guys.
I currently have 2 roommates in the apartment I'm renting. (Friends of mine). We signed a join lease.
For his own reasons...One of my roommates check bounced.
Thus, he was required to pay a $35 bounced check fee, and a $100 late fee.
Here's my question:
Because our leasing company seems to report to one of the Credit Bureaus, (forget exactly which one), is this going to show up on MY credit as a "late?"
Thanks all - appreciate the input.

I would check with the leasing company or read up on the lease agreement. Each leasing company will have different stipulations when it comes to reporting negative information to the CRAs.
