Hi, just a short question re: GW letters.  For GW'ing student loans, collections or CC's, who do I address the letter to? CEO's? General customer service? What would be most effective? And do I send CMRRR?? Thanks a lot!

Sending GWs CMRRR may seem hostile in nature to some. Send regular mail.

I send the first couple rounds to folks like "Customer Service Manager" or "Sir or Madam" or "To Whom this May Concern". If no response, I bump it up to CEO, Pres., or someone relating to a credit department.
