On Wednesday, thanks to all the credit monitoring services I subscribe to, my phone started going off like crazy alerting me I had a new hard pull on Transunion. I was confused (and worried!) because I have not been applying for any new credit at all. A company called RISE had pulled my credit without permission. They also did a soft pull on Experian. I called the company and they couldn't find me in their system with email address and phone number. They told me to send an email to their dispute department, so I did. I got a reply yesterday morning asking for more info. I emailed back right away, and over 24 hours later I still do not have a response from them. Does anyone have experience with this company? I'm very frustrated.
