Im not sure why this inquiry showed up.
Any suggestions as to what i should do?

Call that bank and ask them why they pulled your credit and that you didn't authorize it. You might have fallen victim to identity theft. I'd dispute the inquiry asap as well.

^ This... and have them remove it !

^^^ This. I agree that the fastest way to find out what is going on is to call the bank. Someone may have filled out an application using your social security number or someone at the bank may have mistyped a social security number from someone else valid application. I'd want to know which. Or they may tell you they have not pulled a report with your social security number in which case I guess it would be a mistake of some kind with the monitoring service.

Serious? Did you pull your report directly from Transunion and see the inquiry from Harris listed there? Wonder where the snafu is originating from. The bank or Transunion or something else?

Re: Random Inquiry?

I called TU and they have no inquiry under Harris NA. Very strange. I am keeping fraud alert for next 90 days to be on safe side.
