You're welcome... although this call was pretty hilarious, it was still kinda shocking at the tactics they use. This guy must have used the forums; he's my new, personal hero!! LOL

I spotted at least 2 violations right off the bat in one call...

Wonder if I can set up to have the 'recording disclaimer' and record every incoming call?  Oh that would be wonderful!
