Remove from my Credit Report

I have requested that the LOST OR STOLEN Card note be removed from my Visa Credit on my report since my card was Never lost or stolen.  I got no response after 30 days from the creditor however the account still lists it on my report.   Who do I contact to remove the listinged on my credit report.  Equifax?  If so, what is the correct address ro mail the letter to?

Call the creditor on the phone directly, and they will send off for removal immediately. I just did this with my Capital One Card.

The CRA's have information on how to file disputes on their respective sites.

I would handle informally by calling them before resorting to a dispute of accuracy of the reporting.
