Personally, I would rather have a clean report than lose points for AAoA.
An additional plus would be that after deletion of the AU, your credit report and resulting score will then reflect only your own actual history, and thus risk.
Whenever a score is based in part on reported history of another, a credtior cannot, if they desire, determine your own personal score based on only your own history.
They cant "back out" history of another.

The TL will completely disappear once removed as an AU.
All of its history, payment info, etc. Like it never existed.
