Anyone had a bogus charge show up from checking account and not been able to get through to anyone? The cu is closed and the numbers I've called say to dispute the charge. The problem is it won't let me dispute the charge since it's pending.
Another issue is a new pending charge showed up.
I've never had where I can't get in touch with the fraud team at 6pm.
I called the number for lost and stolen cards but they said nothing they can do unless the card (debit) is lost or stolen.
Looking for suggestions. I'm guessing it's from the debit card number getting hacked. I told them it appears the debit card number was hacked but they still were non chalant about it.
Going to call back with the number on the back of the debit card and see if I can at least get them to cancel the debit card number and close it.

What CU is this? Most banks you can put a freeze on the card when calling the after hours number .
Got it taken care of. It was educators cu.
The 2nd rep was helpful and willing to take care of it. The first rep kept saying they were closed so not sure what happened there.
Glad to have it taken care of. I dont have tons of $$ in there but still don't want to get whats in there wiped out
