Requesting information about a debt on my credit that i didnt do.

In Oct 2005, someone using my name and social security # to run up a large bill on my credit score. They had a P.O. box in Tigard Or.231269, Tigard Or. 97281, and also one in Stayton Or. P.o. box 68, Stayton Or. 97386, in Oct. 2004! This wasn't authorized by me, and I'm still paying for it today! I would like more information on what to do to get this off my credit score, and fix this problem permanently. Please get back to me on what I need to do to dispute this further. Thank You.

Your post is not very clear, it provides little to no information on what you need/want, if you want more replies try to explain better what the problem is.
