SOL?

Does anyone know if this is determined by where you live when you first incur the debt? Or where you live when the debt is late? For instance - all of my current debt on my CR & then became late etc is from when I lived in FL.

From my understanding, SOL starts on the Date of First Deliquency! Which also the 7-year reporting time starts as well!
