so i subscribed to SW Aplril 5. got updates every other day. i decided to put a freeze all 3 CBRs as a precaution because of so many job applications i've filled out late last year and i don't know where all of my personal info will end up on those applications. anyway, after the freeze on the 17th, the SW updates stopped. i waited until today, the 25th and called myFICO and asked if the EQ freeze had something to do with it. she said without a doubt that, that was the problem. so i call EQ and they tell me that the freeze is there for the simple fact that no new creditors can check my history to open new credit. thats it. nothing to do with myFICO updates. now before i call myFICO tomorrow and start a circle of calls, can someone please let me know if this has happened before to them and what i need to do to fix this. thanks
btw, i have Quaterly Monitoring also but that wont update for 2 1/2 more months. should i call TU?

Unfreeze EQ only. If you start getting SW reports again, you'll have your answer!
I have a freeze on my credit reports right now and I still get SW alerts on myfico. I can also pull my EQ credit report. I had to call myfico with identity verification when I tried to pull
my TU here though. I answered a couple of questions and got my report. Not sure why you are having a problem... Are you sure you had changes for the SW alert?

Azalea, i'm sure i had changes. like i said, i signed up on april 5. from the 5th to the 17 i've had alerts almost every day. as soon as i put a freeze the alerts stopped. i will give it another week and then i guess i'll call myFICO again because i suspect the problem, if there is one, will be on their end and not EQ.

Were you able to obtain a concrete answer in regareds to if freezing your credit reports will impact ScoreWatch or your ability to pull reports via myfico.com directly? I am in the process of submitting requests to freeze my reports. Thankfully, as a NC resident, I don't have to pay a fee to freeze/unfreeze my reports.

everything started reporting as normal. SW has no issue with the freeze. in NJ a freeze is free. unfreeze is $5.
