Same CRA but Different Reports??

Being recently denied credit, I called TU and had a free copy of CR mailed to me. They had my deceased dad's CA on my record. I went to the TU website directly so I could dispute online. That report had completely different info in it. I also got a CR on all 3 agencies thru myfico and again, the TU was different from the other two reportsI got. What is the deal? Do I just need to call TU instead of trying to straighten it out by mail or online?

It sounds like you have a split file.  This happens on rare occasion with TU and EQ.  Call them up, and they should be able to merge the two files into one.

Also, you can dispute the stuff on your report that belongs to your dad.

Thanks for the info. I will start with this tomorrow. I'd never heard of this before.
