Score Watch Question

Hello, I recently subscribed to this credit monitoring service. I am confused, I ordered a report, got my FICO score and credit information but when I tried to access it again, it was nowhere to be found. I emailed customer service and they advised me this was a one time credit report and score. I thought that this service was supposed to monitor your credit report and alert when there are any changes. Will this service hurt my score, since I am monitoring the report?? Also, which is the best and most accurate monitoring service out there?? Thanks all.

Re: Score Watch Question

If you signed up for "Scorewatch", then you should have visibility to your information for as long as you're subscribed.  You should get two full reports, along with a tracker that monitors your score over time.

If you signed up for "Credit Complete" or "FICO Standard" then it's only a 1 time shot, and the report only remains visible for 1 month after the purchase.

If you signed up for Scorewatch, then the customer service rep was wrong.  But it sounds like they think you ordered one of the one time reports.
