Score Watch and report not updating at the same time?

My scorewatch tells me that my score is not 647, but yet on my reports, it still shows up as 568 (which is was in December). Is there always a little time lack between when scorewatch tells me that my credit has raised and when CC companies will see it? I was just denied a CC that people will lower credit than mine have got. Is this because they are getting the old info? I had collections removed and just some more aged things and it is still saying that those are the reasons that I was denied. How long until the CC companies no longer see them and until I can see a current CR?

Thanks!

When Score Watch pulls a report for you, you get your FICO score at that moment. It would be the same if a credit card company pulled information on you. The score is calculated when the report is pulled. There is no lag.

There are so many factors that go into getting approved for a credit card. Your FICO score is just one of those elements. They look at your history, but they also look at your income, etc. You can't base your apping solely on what others have gotten at certain scores. Have you called them for reconsideration?

You've done a great job at pulling your score up. Keep at it. With time it will happen. Patience is the hardest part.

are you referring to the part that says "Your Latest FICO® Scores" when you first login?  Because mine shows my score from my last purchase ( 4 months ago ) yet i have an update from a week ago which has my newest score.
