Is it safe to say and save money..That I should only pull TU & EX after I have received notice from my scorewatch that my EQ has changed?
Depending on what the change is there cold be no need to. TU and EX usually offer a free disoute report. You can pull the EQ and if its something derog that you want to disoure sign in to the other websites and do an online dispute.
