I purchased the one year subscription to myfico, and accidentally cancelled it (thought I was canceling a free trial that would start debiting my CC after 30 day trial). I emailed myfico to see if they would reverse the cancellation since I had paid them $43 for a one year subscription, and was told that I would just have to repurchase the service if I wanted access to the myfico service. I only got to use the service I paid for one time.
And people say customer service is dead!
