Sending Documents by Fax

I saw the recent post with Fax #'s for all 3 bureau's-thats a big help. In any case I did fax all my documentation in yesterday to clear up old addresses, phone numbers and to show a collection that is showing as unpaid is actually paid-how long does it usually take for the bureau's to respond to a fax? Anyone with any experience? I know CMRR would have been better, but I'm a little impatient to start my repair journey.

Re: Sending Documents by Fax

You could have disputed the personal info...over the phone...for faster results...as far as the paid collection...was the letter from the company...or a receipt???...I sent a copy of a cashed check...for a payment...and they DID NOT accept it by fax...faxes are pretty fast...

Re: Sending Documents by Fax

I disputed some of the information you have mentioned above, Names and Birthdays. I got them corrected in about 2 business days.

and as far as disputing accounts, I just faxed in about 5 disputes today, so we will see how long those takes. I will post my findings here.
