The title says it all. My EX and TU show the payment history for a few accounts that have been closed now for several years but the payment history does not show on my EQ report. They say that Pays account as agreed but no payment history. These are accounts with no missed payments.
My question is: would a payment history on these accounts help with my EQ score or is it irrelevant at this point to even bother with?
I have the same situation no payments reporting on one revolving account closed in 2011 and an installment account closed in 2012. My Equifax has the same information on all other accounts yet it is 30 points below TU and 18 below Experian. The only other difference is inquiries TU 2, Experian 4 and Equifax 4.
Same here... 50 point spread over the 3 CB's
You DO have a payment history.
If the account is reporting, it has a payment history.
No reported derogs = perfect payment history.
Thanks for your feedback guys. I wonder why it shows payment history for some CRA but not others for the same accounts. Just seems strange to me.
Likely EQ is just more aggressive in removing outdated information. FICO does not currently use payment history for scoring.
