Hi all,
I have 2 lates on my Shell Card from when I filed bankruptcy...they didn't cancel my account so I started paying them again and the account is in good standing. I even recently received a credit line increase. I am going to write a goodwill letter asking for them to remove the lates. Does anyone know the address and department I should send the letter to? I know Shell is Citibank...Has anyone had luck with Shell and goodwill letters? Thanks in advance!
