When do your reports show that it should be removed?

Well that's the weird thing. There are two accounts associated with this: The original CC account and a CA that is collecting it.

Under the original CC entry, TU says that the estimated date of removal is 08/2012, which is 7 years after it was closed. (This was closed in 09/2005).

Under the CA entry, TU says that the estimated date of removal is 07/2013, which is 7 years after the last 30 day payment. (The last 30 day late was 09/2006, and this was charged off 6 months later).

I'm assuming the CC entry is correct and the CA is re-aging, but from my research it's not clear what happens when you make payments after it is closed, and then stop making payments and let it charge off. If 09/2005 is the important date, then that means SOL runs out September 2009. If it's based on the last late payment, however, then it doesn't run out until 2010.

SOL and CRTP are seperate.

SOL will go from DOLA(date of last payment normally)

CRTP goes from DOFD. This date is set by the OC and can not be changed for no reason.
