I have no experience with this particular monitoring site. As you probably already know all third party sites (even including My Fico) do not display all the information that the credit bureau can/does provide, and they format it in their own style. As a result the information can sometimes be lost. The absolute best way to see what any bureau has (less score) is to go to annualcreditreport.com or purchase directly from the bureau website.
There is also an alternative to purchase your "full" credit report with all info but it must be done in writing and include a specified payment with the request. Search the forum for the exact procedure. RobertEG quotes it often.
