SmartCredit??

Does anybody use smartcredit.com? I joined to view my standing and it says that I have zero inquiries. I know that when I apped for my citi account there was a mix up on the branch side and I used a backdoor number after i apped again and they said they would remove the first inquiry, but neither smartcredit nor creditkarma are showing any inquiries. Any ideas? Also wondering whether their score is the real one or they are like creditkarma?

Score is definitely fake.  It's not FICO.  I used smart credit and the inquiry information is correct.  They pull TU.  So, it could be that citi pull was not on TU.
