I know Citi's prequal page has been down even before the pandemic.  I was browing and there's a link to check for pre-screened offers

Looks like a prequal page to me. I guess Citi brought it back with sophisticated new wording.

I just checked for S&Gs and I got prequaled for the Custom Cash card at 13.99%. No APR range.
That was the only card that came up for me, though.

@pinkandgrey This one is different from the prior version. This one doesn't really display pre-qualified offers (which used different pre-screened criteria) than the pre-selected platform that's there today. This platform is in essence the same as those pre-selected snail mail offers that most customers receive today.

Goldman Sachs is now offering a GM mastercard. It is just like appling for the apple card, you only get a hard pull if you accept the offer. You can get your card info and use it the same day. What I am not sure of is if you have a GS account if it is a SP approval or not. I applied through my account which only had 10.00 in it for the past 14 months and I have yet to see a HP. You do not have to have an account to apply, and they are IQ freindly. I have 5-8 new IQs on each and 7 new cards reporting in the last 90 days. The limit they gave me reflects that. I was givin 3500.00

Hi @jodo1132 Congratulations for your approval. I don't think GS GM is inq friendly. I have GS Savings account and 13/24 Inquiries, My application is declined with "Too many Inquiries"

Sorry to hear that, I just looked I am 30/24 EX  26/24 EQ and 20/24 TU and I just double checked I am at 8 new accounts reporting in the last 60 days
