Lowes prequal is taking me to a page that says Great news you're prequalified and shows an APR but no amount.......
BBVA takes me to a page after inputting my info that says choose a card, but there are no cards to choose....

Are you using the direct URLs or links to the specific card that you're interested for pre-approval? What state are you in?
I read back through and got BBVA to work, thanks for the heads up about the direct links.
The Lowes one is still weird though. Prequalified, but just an APR? Any ideas?

So with these companies that give soft pull pre-qual does that mean that if you opt for the card there is not hard pull ever in the process?

There is only an HP if you accept their offer and some never HP depending on the company. Hopefully that answered your question!
