Soft-pull PREAPPROVALs - Updated 4/20/21

Added a card link for tomocredit and a couple of personal loans aggregators suggested by members. Will add more details as they become available such as pulls etc. 

Also, in the near future will add a small section about business credit cards etc. That should help out some folks as well.

@waqaszm1, let's ensure that any business credit data is created and maintained in the Business Credit subforum and not commingled in this thread as this section of the forums is dedicated to personal/general credit information.  Thank you.

Looked at the Yamaha prequalify link, in the disclosure they say they will soft pull a report from TransUnion, not Experian. Just a heads up!
