Soft pulls from new providers? Decided to break up with Verizon FIOS and Cell Service.

We went with T-Mobile 5G home internet and AT&T cell service.  Both asked for SSN, DOB, etc, so I figured I had a couple of hard pulls coming.  My notification services have been silent.  I usually get at least 5 or 6 notifications when I get my credit pulled.  Zero, nadda, nothing from either one.

I Google Fu both companies, and find they usually do hard pulls.  Have things changed?  Did they soft pull, and decide not to hard pull me?  I'm curious as to what your theories are.

I think it's just been awhile since they HP, and now they SP

both att and t-mobile go out of their way to say that checking financing doesn't give a HP

Never heard of internet providers doing HP's. Spectrum in store will HP but SP if things are ordered online.

T-Mobile only does a SP.

Sorry, my father-in-law died, and I kind of forgot about this thread last week.  Thanks for the information guys.  I was shocked, because when I got on a heating oil providers delivery route they did an HP.  I'm thankful that AT&T and T-Mobile only do SPs.
