Slowly but surely!

I've disputed collection accounts with the bureaus and a couple came off-- keep in mind that I disputed within the last two weeks so I guess the CAs threw in the towel ; I'm waiting to hear back on my PFDs that were sent last week. I plan on Gw'ing a 3 year old redeemed repossession and a joint account charge off. Hopefully I can see some more serious movement into the mid-500s by March, when one valid collection in particular will be timed out of the TU report.

WOW! Way to GO! You give me some hope. Just started working on my CR this week...scared silly cause I don't know what I am doing. Thanks for posting because it makes me feel better that things will improve. Linda

During this process, you'll see a dramatic rise in your score. It is hard to see during the first couple of months, but it'll be noticable later.

That's great progress!

Tu did the same to me as well. I started credit repair on 8/1. My TU FICO on 8/2 was 524. On 8/20, it was again 524. On 8/31, 524 again. Meanwhile EX went up 81 points during the same period and EQ went up 73.

I pulled again on 9/15......finally, TU went up from 524 to 641.
