Something isn't right.

So this morning, I decided to check out U.S. Bank's check your credit score for free link which I'm assuming is similar to Credit Karma (I can only update CK once a week and I'm waiing for my massive Amex CLIs to report so I can push for a CLI with U.S Bank.

To make a long story short, I receive TU hard inquiry alerts on my way to work. The info is as follows:

TU INTERACTI
100 Broad St
San Luis Obisp, CA 93401
Phone: (800)493-2392

I do some googling and see that it actually links to credit karma and there were issues years back with errand hard inquiries posting to users' accounts rather than a soft.

I'm not sure but seems like a strange coincidence. Has this ever happened to anyone? I've already emailed CK and are waiting to see if it had anything to do with them before I contact the company I signed up with through US Bank.

Sorry if I'm posting this is in the wrong forum.

I got one of the HP's with a company associated with Privacy Guard.  I contacted them and they never responded.  On Google I found out that Trilegent is associated with Privacy Guard.  I have closed my account.

It just happened to me. I called TU, they said it's a system glitch and it will eventually be removed.

the same exact thing happened to me a day or two ago.

So we just wait?  or dispute?

TU told me it will be removed. I'm going to wait a week. If it's not gone I will call them back.

Wow, so I'm not the only one. That gives me some relief that they admitted it was an error on their part. Should we all call in individually or is it something they will take care of universally?
