Should one pay off a student loan or buy rent property. I have no credit card bills, car notes, boat note. I do have a mortgage. I will be paying cash for the property. If i pay the loan off, I wont have the cash to buy the property.
If you think you'll get enough money off the property to pay your loans faster, i would for it. I would by a second property ANYTIME if i could over paying my loans.
