I sent a letter to the CEO someone had listed a month ago and never received a response, So this morning I emailed him again. Today I received a response and an attached ltr that they are sending to the credit bureaus to remove the acct.
The acct is a paid dental bill I paid last year, the ltr shows dates were they mailed coorespondence and left messages in 2004. They stated the acct is reported correctly, but are making a business decision to delete the acct.
