Synchronizing accounts in Amex Credit Secure 3-in-1 report

Hi - In reviewing my Amex Credit Secure 3-in-1 report I noticed that there are numerous instances where the same account appears more than once: Example: The same Citibank account appears once for TU and EX, and a second time for EQ. This makes it very confusing to read the report and gives the appearance that I have many more accounts than I really do ... and it makes review and cleanup much more difficult.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to go about getting them to synchronize?

If the accounts are positives, this actually works in your favor.  If they are derogs, then dispute the second entry as a duplicate with the CRA.

You can't get them to line up-

Mine sometime line up - sometimes they don't

It does take some getting used to.

One of my cc's was reporting twice on one report and correct on the other two. I disputed as "duplicate account". now it's only reporting on one account correctly - and not on the other two at all!
