Synchrony fraud verifcation

Hello

I have 2 cards. Lowes and Walmart. I never have problems with
Walmart but Lowes every other purchase gets denied until I call and they

release fraud? Anyway I was locked out of both accounts today and called in and they

want me to mail Drivers License and current bill to verify I opened these accounts 6 and 9 months ago.

Anyone else get this?? Seems so wierd no change of address, phone or anything

Have you logged into the online system for each of these Accts and looked at what might be going on?

Yea this happens. Fraud department just wants to make sure it’s you. Pain in the behind. Just provide proof and hopefully they are quick at reopening your accounts.
