TC unlocked, unsuspended along with NC after 5 mths. Is something going on?

I got the email today, I was victimized { I.D Theft} again and called them so they could verify.personally I took it like the CSR just blew me off because I demanded an apology. She just said she would let the higher ups know. I did log in to NC so I know for sure I'm back in.

Congrats, I think! Did the e-mail come from TC or from NC? And what did it say?

Came from NC. talking about the issues I was having signing in have been resolved.

But I did call them when I got the suspension. Told me I was bumping etc. I called a little while ago they said TC/trans I forgot which one allowed me back in. I'm pretty sure she said TC though.

BTW only been suspended with NC for about 1 or 2 mths. TC for 5.

OK, Also have email from Tc. tuinteractive.com. yep, I believe I'm back in. They must of checked the fraud acct. I wonder if they will automatically restart auto billing me...since they canceled me instead of me canceling them.
