TC won't let me update my report.. any alternatives?

I have trying to update my CR using my truecredit but it was talking me back to the last updated one. I called TC CS and they said they will fix it. I still can't update my report and it has been 3 days since I updated my reports..


Any suggestions to other service that allow you to update your credit reports daily?

I realize your post states they are working on it, but I just want to make sure you are waiting 24 hours to update. If you aren't, then you will only be able to see the last report. It very specific, so if you update today at 11:45am, you won't be able to update again until tomorrow at 11:46am.

I have SW, TV, and CreditCheckTotal.  I prefer CCT because I can update whenever I want to.  If I update it at 7PM I can still update it again at 8 AM the next morning.  I am dropping TC before my next billing cycle.

I also had problems with TC and the solutino was pretty simple...

Just delete your entire browsing history, cookies, the whole nine yards.. Then get back on IE or FireFox or whatever you use & try it then.

Hopefully you haven't already tried this & it will fix your problem!

As I suggested above.... creditchecktotal.com  I find it much easier and more reliable then TC.  That is why I am dropping TC and keeping CCT.  CCT is ran by EX.

Only MyFICO offers FICO scores. All other services are FAKO.
