TRUECREDIT

Is anyone else having problems with TC?  I updated my report this morning and now I can't view it.  I called customer service and they told me that I would have to wait 24 - 48 hours.  UGGGHHHHH.

Yes, I'm having the same problem. When I try to look at my report it says:

"Unfortunately, a technical error is preventing us from displaying what you're trying to view. Please refresh the page and you should be able to see it. Thanks!"

I updated just fine an hour ago.

Ilecs, I don't think you broke it.  I tried updating 4 hours ago.  Wonder why it worked for you.  It's not fair.  Smiley Tongue

Well, I just talked to customer service - AGAIN - and they told me that the problem will not be fixed today.  So, I cancelled.  I'm gonna take advantage of the 9.95 a month offer instead of the 14.95 a month.  Now is the optimal time to do it because you have to wait 5 days to sign up again.  If anyone wants the link, send me a PM.

Their website is a joke. I can't think of any other site with as many issues as that one. It's almost worthless to call unless you are calling to cancel because their foreign reps do not know anything at all. Well... they actually screwed up my cancellation as well but it was eventually refunded.

Rebuilding and Reducing Debt, is my game plan.

I thought it might be because my file is locked but unlocking the file didn't help.

I just canceled my service. I called and told them I wasn't able to view anything in the past 48 hours and they told me I had to wait 48 more hours to be able to see...whatever...I told them I pay for hte service to have access every time I want and that this delay is not acceptable.
