There were times in the past that I was unable to either log-in or update. Sometimes it would say come back in 24 hrs after attempting to log-in or I remember getting some sort of security notice after trying to update.
I use Internet Explorer. I closed it and then re-opened it. In the menu bar , I clicked "Tools" and "Internet Options". I cleared my history, temp. internet files, and cookies. After it deleted everything, I closed IE and re-opened. I then was able to log into TrueCredit and update without any problems.
The computer saves the page so it works a bit faster when reloading. Unfortunately, if there was a glitch, that same glitch will reload.
To add...someone had the same problem once. They did the above and still had problems.
