TU BK Early Exclusion dispute question

When I log into TU to dispute the BK for early exclusion (4 months early) the only options are "It is not mine" or "It is inaccurate". I have heard others say This no longer is relevant or something to this effect.  Anyone know if the it is inaccurate option is correct for early exclusion?

Thanks for any info!

if the 'other' option isn't there, I would just do inaccurate or any option that lets you type a reason and type in that you're requesting early exclusion and it should automatically poof if you're within the window

As @GZG says just choose an option. On the next screen will be a comment box where you can type in a polite request for it to be removed because its "too old to report", then proceed.

Re: TU BK Early Exclusion dispute question

Thank you for the replies. I wasn't sure if something changed and you couldn't request an EE and didn't want to get stuck in a dispute.

I selected "it is inaccurate" then I had to select at least 1 option from another list to continue and I selected the first option. something like "resolved, paid in full,.."and in the comments I just stated that I was "Respectfully requesting an early exclusion". And voila! like others have said, instantaneously resolved and TU jumped +49! I'm still 4 months away from the 10 year date, so again as others have said, I might just let the other 2 fall off naturally. It was just really really good to see the big jump with TU and hopeful for the others!

Hope this post helps someone else who will try the EE with the new options

@jpupbk

You can try getting the Experian one off when you get within 3 months but i would let Equifax fall off naturally
