TU not reporting current balance

I recently paid my CreditOne card down to 3% UTIL from maxed out. I know they dont report to the CRAs until the 12th of the month, but I just checked to see what my current score is, and they still have my december balance up there. So in other words, what they reported on the 12th of Jan still hasnt made it to my score. I really need the points, so is there anyhting I can do to hurry the process along? like dispute with the CRAs? Thanks for any advice!

I recently had the same problem with one of my credit cards. I paid on time every month, was NEVER late. The cc had not reported since November to any of the CRA's so of course the balance reported was way off what I actually owed. I called the credit card company first to straighten it out but I might as well have been speaking a foreign language. SOOO I disputed it with transunion, equifax, experian and innovis. You know what happened?

 

 

The account was deleted!!! I was worried about it because it was a positive history BUT my score went up a few points.........

when u disputed the balance with the CRAs, which disute did you use? No mine or incorrect information? Im going through the same thing with an utility company. I paid the balance off, but EQ and EX is showing that the balance still excist. I even tried to GW the utility company with no response. I really need this negative line removed because im trying to get an apartment in like the next month.
